Great Classic Age of Empires set! Ok, so in this set you get the original Age of Empires, and Age of Empires II with there respective expansion packs! The old school awesome level is pretty high with these games!

Game is great but using is not I really loved this game, and I finally decided to buy it even though I knew it might be a time killer. Game is great, but installation/usage not as much. I have a Windows 7 64 bit computer, as far as I can tell with this old game and a new computer one of the following will happen to you a) it will work perfectly b)the colors will be weird and you will have to fix that or c)it won’t work or will have bizarre behavior. As you might guess I fall into category c. The game installed perfectly fine and I could play it, but the graphics in addition to the easily solved color problem also had a glitching/interference problem that made it impossible to play. I have no idea what caused that problem, but I do know that it worked fine in safe mode (and I even turned on sound in safe…though of course it doesn’t come with it…easy youtube videos if you would like to do so.) Safe mode as you guess was kind of a last ditch desperate effort of somebody who really wanted to play the game. I don’t…

Michael S. Johns says:

couldn’t get it to run I couldn’t get it to run on my computer, it seemed to install ok but when I tried to execute, the screen picture was all messed up and was completely out of whack. I’m pretty sure the problem has something to do with a setting on my computer but I have other games that show and run well. I probably should have returned it but it was just to much trouble.
